Our Hours

Our hours are by appointment only. However, our appointments may range from 8am to 8 pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays. We do our best to accommodate your schedule. If you have an urgent situation, let our operators know when you call.

Directions to Menominee Office

Menominee MI is located on US 41 north of Green Bay, WI. Go to Menominee, MI; after crossing the interstate bridge, McDonald's is located on corner of 10th AVE. TURN LEFT AT McDONALD's. 13th Street (going North and South). Proceed North on 13th Street for 26 blocks. Office is located at 3612 13th Street on the EAST side or Right side of the Street. Blue building, Red Handicapped Ramp, Big Sign reads, "CONCERNED associates".  Drive Safely. 

Directions to Stephenson Office

Appointments in Stephenson are on Tuesdays Only

Stephenson MI is located 20 miles north of Menominee, MI on U.S. 41. Go to Stephenson, MI on U.S. 41. Wells Fargo Bank is next door to Dr. Vernette Carlson's Medical Clinic.  We are located in Dr. Carlson's Clinic. Walk in and ask for Gil Garcia. Appointments in the Stephenson Office are on TUESDAYS ONLY.
